im a 15 year old male. 105 pounds, 5"5' (yes i know im underweight)
my left nipple is normal, but my right nipple is rock hard and puffy. even when its beating hot, its still hard and puffy. it doesnt hurt, but it is more sensitive than my left. its not like that 24/7 though. on the very few occasions when its not puffy, i press down on it, and i can feel a very prominant, squishly, somewhat flat, bump directly underneath it. when i feel the areola (when puffy), its very dry and rough, and sometimes it even secretes a tiny coat of a sticky fluid. i dont know if whether thats just becuase my skin is dry and my body is secreting natural oil to keep the area moist, or if its becuase of the same phenomena thats making my nipple puffy.

please tell me if this is normal, or if i should go see a doctor immediatly.

is this a sign of breast cancer? or some other kind of infection?

My opinion would be to see a doctor as it may be normal because of hormonal changes at your age but a doctor should make the call. There is no use jumping to any conclusions as you will just worry excessively. Sometimes we just have to go to the doctor and let him resolve the issue.

It's nothing to worry about at all. On longer runs like that there tends to be nipple chaffing from the shirt rubbing against your nipples for a prolonged period of time. This happens often to marathon runners so most of them will just put a bandage over their nipples to prevent this. The bleeding was because they were rubbed raw. They will remain sore for a few days.
